77th Assembly District
Assemblymember Tasha Boerner is calling for nominations to spotlight the
efforts of extraordinary individuals and groups in the District
who are helping to preserve, protect, and fight for the environment.
Please fill out the form below if you would like to submit a nomination for an individual/ group/ organization who have positively impacted the communities and neighborhoods in the past year in the 77th Assembly District.
Nomination Criteria:
- Nominees must reside or work in the 77th Assembly District. Visit our website for more information.
- Please provide a brief description that notes the nominees achievements, contributions, of volunteer efforts in 2022-2023. One page minimum. (You may attach a typed article, press release, or newsletter, & web links that describes their achievements.)
- You are encouraged to emphasize significant contributions in their respective communities and describe how their volunteerism and efforts have positively impacted the communities in which they serve.
