Earth Day is just around the corner! In celebration of the Earth and to support of local young artists, we will be holding a youth art contest in the month of April. Winning artwork will be exhibited and displayed at the State Capitol and our District office.
This year’s art contest theme is “Restore our Earth” and spotlights the importance of community care, conservation, and protecting our natural resources. Contest winners will be announced later in April and receive a California State Assembly Certificate.
All paintings or drawings must be flat and no larger than 8.5” x 11” in size. If you or a young person you know are interested in submitting artwork for this contest, please complete this form and send it our way along with the artwork. Submissions must be received at our District Office by Sunday, April 18th. Details for how to mail it to us are in the form, which you can download by clicking the button below.
