__SALUTATION__
Mark your calendars for a community cleanup in Point Loma on Saturday, October 28! My office is partnering with the Point Loma Association for a morning of service at the 52 Boats Memorial in Liberty Station.
This site honors American submariners lost during WWII, and the stone monuments recently received a facelift. We will spend the morning planting and weeding so the memorial can look its best.
You can RSVP for the event using this link.
Cheers,
Assemblymember Tasha Boerner
Assemblymember, 77th District
P.S. My office is available every day to talk with you about your concerns or help connect you with resources. You can reach us at (760) 434-7605 or Assemblymember.Boerner@assembly.ca.gov.

Cable Broadband Academy Trip
Thank you to NCTA, the Internet and Television Association for the opportunity to share what California is doing to support broadband deployment. It was great to hear from North Carolina Rep. Jason Saine and Colorado Sen. Mark Baisley on their state efforts as well at Cable Broadband Academy.
Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce's "Roaring 20s" Centennial Gala
It was a pleasure to join the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce at their Roaring 20's Centennial Gala last weekend! I had so much fun celebrating the 100 years of service that the Chamber has dedicated to the businesses and people of Carlsbad.
Some of the most recognizable features of #AD77 exist in no small part due to the Chamber, including the Carlsbad Flower Fields, Carlsbad Village Faire, and of course LEGOLAND family amusement park. Here's to another 100 successful years!
Planned Parenthood's 32nd Annual "Stand Now!"" Campaign
Last week, I joined the Planned Parenthood Action Fund of the Pacific Southwest for their 32nd annual Stand Now! Campaign recognizing their tremendous impact on our region. In the year since Roe v. Wade was overturned, we have seen countless attacks on women's reproductive rights and healthcare, but the work of organizations like Planned Parenthood represent a beacon of hope.
I am so thankful for all the dedicated staff and volunteers at Planned Parenthood who fight each and every day for reproductive justice!
