__SALUTATION__
Happy holidays! As another year draws to a close, I'm reflecting on the action-packed year that was 2023 and I could not be more grateful for all that we've accomplished this year.
Between securing $4 million in funding for key projects in #AD77 and the Governor signing eight of my bills, this year has been full of highlights and hard work.
I especially want to thank YOU for staying engaged and informed on the issues that impact your community. I could not have had such a successful year without the support of amazing friends and neighbors. Happy holidays, and I'll see you in 2024!
Cheers,
Assemblymember Tasha Boerner
Assemblymember, 77th District

San Diego Police Officer's Association Christmas Reception
I had so much fun joining the San Diego Police Officer's Association Board of Directors for their annual Christmas reception this year! San Diego Police officers keep #AD77 safe, and it was a wonderful night getting to celebrate them and all the work they do for our community.
Gift Wrapping with MAAC
Last week, #TeamTasha spent the afternoon wrapping toys with MAAC that were donated by #AD77 residents as a part of the 2nd Annual Carlsbad Holiday Toy Drive organized between my office and Carlsbad City Councilmember Teresa Acosta. These toys will be given to nearly 200 families in Carlsbad who receive income-restricted federal government assistance for the holiday season.
