__SALUTATION__
We have all dreaded the trip to the DMV and the long wait time, but I have good news. There are some changes coming to the DMV.
Beginning June 3, the California DMV will streamline simple transactions by moving them to online:
- Vehicle Registration renewal;
- Driver's License/ID Card renewal;
- Driver's License/ID Card replacement; and
- Driver and Vehicle Record request.
These services can be completed online, at a kiosk, or through the mail. For additional information on the changes, you can visit the DMV website.
Cheers,
Assemblymember Tasha Boerner
Assemblymember, 77th District
P.S. My office is available every day to talk with you about your concerns or help connect you with resources. You can reach us at (858) 481-7704 or Assemblymember.Boerner@assembly.ca.gov.
