DISTRICT HIGHLIGHTS

San Diego Pride Parade

ad77 Boerner San Diego Pride Parade

In San Diego, we celebrate Pride in BOTH June AND July! Love wins all the time, and I am proud to live in California, where we have enshrined the right for LGBTQ+ couples to get married.

Thank you to Assemblymember Chris Ward and his team for hosting this event year after year to celebrate love.

Team Tasha and I had a great time with Assemblymember Dr. LaShae Sharp-Collins, Assemblymember Corey Jackson, and Assemblymember David Alvarez.

Let's continue to celebrate authenticity and love!

AD 77's Small Business of the Year: PARU

ad77 Boerner Small Business of the Year

From their specialty loose-leaf teas to their matcha and tisanes, PARU has distinguished itself as the premier purveyor. What started as pop-ups around San Diego in 2017 has become a successful business in AD 77. Their family-owned tea gardens in East Asia and Southeast Asia supply authenticity to California, making it a one-of-a-kind company. PARU embodies the spirit of innovation and cultural appreciation.

Congratulations on being recognized as our Small Business of the Year! I wish you continued success!
