What are the Women of Impact Awards?
In honor of Women’s History Month, the 77th Assembly District is calling for nominations to spotlight the efforts of our extraordinary women in the 77th Assembly District. All people who identify as women of all ages who live, work, attend school, or volunteer in the 77th Assembly District (Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, La Jolla, University City, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Downtown San Diego, and Coronado) are eligible for nomination. Please fill out this form if you would like to submit a nomination for a woman who has positively impacted the community in the past year.
- Nominees must live, work, attend school, or volunteer in the 77th Assembly District.
- Brief description, one page minimum. You may attach a typed article, press release, or newsletter, web links that describes why you are nominating this woman.
- Emphasize significant contributions in their community, and how, through their volunteerism and business aspirations, have positively impacted the communities in which they serve.
