Assemblymember Tasha Boerner Horvath

Assemblymember Tasha Boerner HorvathThis week, we honor the birth of our country in celebrating Independence Day. Our country is founded upon life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As a nation largely of immigrants, a big component of our shared American experience is welcoming those from foreign shores and through innovation, hard work, and tenacity we have built a country on a steady path of ever-increasing democratic representation.

In Sacramento, it is an honor to serve as your representation, and be your voice on important issues like housing, homelessness, sustainability, and healthcare. From my family to yours, wishing you a very happy Fourth of July!

Cheers,

I provided an update on my legislation and work in Sacramento and spoke of how I look forward to continuing to work with North County civic and business leaders to solve some of our region's biggest issues like housing affordability, transportation, and creating a sustainable environment.
